This vertical propane (lp) gas smoker is easy to use it offers a total of 784-Square Inch for choice of smoked flavored foods. This two door concept offers greater temperature control having the wood chip box and water bowl in the small door access portion of the smoker, allows you to maintain the heat for your choice of smoked flavored foods. Sliding dampers on the top and sides gives an additional option on temperature control while enjoying the full smoked cooking process on flavored foods. Csa certified. Warranty 1 year limited.

    Bringing home the money !! First let me state that this is NOT professional cookware. That being stated, I have to tell you that I own this model and I couldn’t be happier with it. I cook on a competition BBQ team and we have won several competitions using this smoker. This little smoker has beaten professional BBQ restaurants and caterers using equipment that costs thousands of dollars and brought home lots of cash for me and my team. We use two of these in competition and have taken a 1st place in Ribs, a 2nd, in pulled pork, and a 3rd in pulled pork in just the last two months. You don’t need expensive equipment to make great BBQ, you simply need something that will get smoke into the meat and hold temperature where you want it. This little smoker does both of those. The rest is understanding how meat and heat work, good prep technique, and a good recipe for rubs and sauces.
